We refund any payment. If money was paid to Offshore Ready and you want it back, you get it back.
100% refundable. Any payment made to Offshore Ready can be refunded on request, at any point in your application.
Our commitment
If you make any payment to Offshore Ready and you are not satisfied, we refund it. No conditions attached to the outcome of your application — a placement is never a requirement for a refund.
What is covered
Every payment processed by Offshore Ready is refundable in full. This includes processing, documentation, certification support and any administrative charge collected through our team.
How to request a refund
Message us in the live chat or reply to any email from us with the payment reference. Our team confirms the request in writing, usually the same working day.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank and card providers typically release funds within 5–10 business days once we have issued the refund.
Beware of third parties
Offshore Ready never asks for payment through personal accounts or unofficial agents. If someone contacts you claiming to represent us, confirm with our team in the live chat before paying anything.
