Our Story
Two decades of offshore staffing experience.
Offshore Ready was founded to do offshore recruitment properly. Too many candidates were being mobilised without the right paperwork, the right medicals, or a clear picture of the role they were taking on.
We work directly with drilling contractors, FPSO operators, EPC contractors and offshore service companies — across every major offshore basin. Our team includes former offshore supervisors, HSE managers and crewing coordinators who understand the operational reality of life at sea.
